Returns & Exchanges Policy
We want you to love any product that you buy from us and in case you are not
completely satisfied with them, please drop us a mail at info@pleatsbyaruni.com and we will get back to you. Items are non-returnable, but you can exchange the same style for a different size or exchange different style. Exchange of different style is only applicable with the products of equal price value or more. Exchanges can only take place twice, we are entitled to refuse exchanges after that.
How Exchange works:
To process an exchange, send us an email at info@pleatsbyaruni.in or give us a call on +91 9999900011/+91 9911900011 and our team will confirm your exchange request via email. Exchange requests are only considered if sent within 7 days. In the email confirming your exchange request, you will receive the address to our warehouse in Shahpur Jat, to which you have to ship the garment back. Cost of the return will be borne by the customer. Once we receive the garment, our team will inspect the garment and ship the new piece to you which
will be delivered within the next 7-10 business days. Please note, all products should be returned with the tags intact and in their original packaging, in an unwashed and undamaged condition.
What should I do if I receive my order in a damaged condition or it’s different from the one I ordered for? We apologize for this, however in a rare case where you happen to receive a damaged or a different product from what you had ordered, please notify us within 24 hours of receipt on info@pleatsbyaruni.com
Products should be returned to our warehouse within a time period of one week, else Pleats by Aruni will not be liable to accept the merchandise. We will investigate the damage from our end , repair the merchandise and courier it back to the designated address. The cost of couriering the product to our warehouse shall be borne by the customer. We will only bear the expenses of the transaction after the repair of the merchandise. We acknowledges return of products only limited to direct sale between vendor and consumer. This only entails sale online, and not through retail outlets.
